Ingredients:
4-6 slices of bread
6-8 tbsp mayonnaise
1- 1 1/2 cup grated cheese
2-3 onions (finely chopped)
chopped bologna (optional)

Procedure:
Lightly toast the slices of bread in an oven or oven toaster. In a bowl, mix the onions with the mayonnaise, cheese and bologna (optional). Place 1 1/2 tbsp of mixture onto the slice of bread and toast until golden brown. Cut into bite size squares. Serve while hot.

Crepes isn't just for dessert, you can also add cheese and herbs, tomato and cheese, or seafood(shredded crab meat and shrimp) for a healthy snack, just don't add sugar and cinnamon to the batter.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs of sugar (optional)
1/2-1 tsp of cinnamon (optional)
2 tbs of melted butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
vegetable oil or use a non stick pan

Procedure:
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (flour, salt, sugar and cinnamon) together. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients (eggs, vanilla extract, milk, water, butter, and liquer) together. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients. Stir until batter becomes thin or 'liquidy'. Heat the pan to medium high, oil the pan lightly or use a non stick pan. Once the pan is hot, pour in a laddle full of batter. Once the top of the crepe is rubbery to touch, flip crepe. Remove from pan. Add fillings and toppings of your choice. Serve.

05/07/08 Just me, raine, and stacey. Around 8:30AM, Raine and Stacey picked me up from YP and we went straight to Tagaytay. Kwentuhan and joke time in Raine's car. Pasaway ang mga trucks, jeeps, motorcycles, and tricycles. First we visited fantasy world. After a long drive, we finally reached the castle. Unfortunately, kuya manong guard did not let us in. Kainis! Goodbye castle. Next, we went to Batangas and visited Caleruega. We hiked and took some pictures at the Koi Pond, Hanging Bridge, and the Transfiguration Chapel. After that we ate at Mushroom Burger. Burger! Burger! Yum! Yum! Pero hindi kami nabusog. So, next stop was at Rowena's. Yummy tarts pero nakakaumay and bigat sa tiyan. I like their Apple Tarts. Raine and Stacey likes their Buko Tarts. Around 1pm we headed back to Manila. Although, halfday lang kami dun. We had fun. 'Til next time. :) *pictures courtesy of raine and
